This course helps people take ownership and responsibility for their own health by using their breath. It will teach you how to breathe correctly & more deeply by understanding the principle of Breath Flow. The air that we breathe into our lungs should flow through every organ in the body on its journey out again; if not then there's an obstruction somewhere along this process, which can lead us towards ill-health or even death.
